1:1 Energy healing sessions offered in person in Christchurch or via distance (online) Reiki can; Calm and reset the nervous system Reduces anxiety and stress Balances energy centres (chakras) Relive physical pain Accelerate the bodies self healing abilities Promotes connection between mind, body and spirit Enhances a state of calm, healing and connection to self The reiki healing session will take approx. 60 mins but please allow 90 mins for the appointment.
